Glass kiln

Glass kilns (example shown above): Electric, with CE mark. Produced in steel or stainless steel. Insulated with fiber blankets and the bottom is stone. Normally constructed with top heating elements, larger kilns may include bottom heating, per choice. Max temperature 1000°C. All kilns have a safety switch and are delivered with an electrical cord and plug. Peepholes included upon request. All sizes possible. Controller not included.

Ceramic kiln

Ceramic kilns (door kilns, example shown above): Electric, with CE mark. Produced in steel or stainless steel. Walls are approximately 16 cm (6.3 in) thick and are a combination of high-quality insulating bricks. Door can hinge on either side. Heating elements lay in grooves in the stone, held in place with clamps (staples). Heating from 4 sides. Max temperature 1300°C. All kilns have a safety switch and are delivered with an electrical cord and plug. Stainless steel construction recommended for ceramic work, steel consruction also possible. All sizes possible. Controller not included.
